Having tried many different speech therapists over many different stages of my son's life, we finally found the right one (and perhaps the right time) with Lida! It was lockdown so she worked remotely with my son to correct his lisp and when that was working she also worked on improving his general communication and annunciation. Lida was great and my son really liked her as did I. I think it's the best thing to have come out of lockdown for us that my son can go into his teenage years without a lisp! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lida.

Lida has been extremely helpful with my teenage son's stammer. She taught him techniques he could use to help to control and lessen the stammer, particularly at school and with friends where it was affecting his confidence. She also gave him additional self-belief by talking to him about his stammer and helping him to understand the factors that lay behind it. As his confidence grew the stammer became much less troublesome for him. Whilst he does still occasionally stammer it does not affect his social confidence and thanks to Lida he feels in control and very much more comfortable.

Lida came to us to assess my son's speech needs. I was a bit worried he would not want to interact with someone he had never seen before in his life, but Lida made the session so engaging and fun that he went along with it and he enjoyed the experience very much. Lida produced a short report that explained everything we need to know for now, which is really useful. I have found her to be very experienced and honest and I would definitely recommend her.

Lida is a brilliant Speech and Language Therapist. She worked with our son to help him with his lateral lisp over several years. Lida made the sessions fun and engaging, and we're thrilled with the results. We started when our son was quite young and the results were incremental to begin with. However, something seemed to click by the time he was 7 and he made huge progress over several months. He no longer has a lateral lisp and his confidence has grown massively. We're very grateful for Lida's help and hard work.

Lida worked remotely with my nearly 4 year old remotely. She assessed his needs and then very honestly explained that we could help him ourselves at home. She left us with exercise to help and within 2 weeks he has made massive progress. Thank you Lida.

Lida has worked with my son for the past 2.5 years and has worked wonders with him. He loves his sessions with her and she has been instrumental in building his confidence and has taught us and his teachers how to help him achieve.
